Graduated from the Ecole hôtelière de Paris at the EPMT, I started my career at the restaurant Vaudeville, place de la Bourse in Paris.
After years of work and experience, I decided to travel and practice my skills as a cook in the United States and Quebec.
Back in France, I take the position of second and head chef in Parisian restaurants and brasseries, alongside passionate and atypical chefs and restaurateurs.
In 2015, I created my own business "La table éphémère" in Toulouse, caterer / chef at home, to practice my job differently.
Hoping to share my services very soon.
